Estructuración Del Proceso De Optimización (DCOP) con alcance a los campos de la vicepresidencia regional de Orinoquía de Ecopetrol S.A. estableciendo una línea base de desempeño para las operaciones de completamiento

In the following work, the DCOP (Drilling and Completion Optimization process) optimization process was structured, focused solely on completion operations. Initially, the WDP process was described, which is used as a framework and structure for the planning of operations, concluding that the following project will contribute to the main objective of the WDP, which is to ensure that a well or group of wells are planned and executed. The most efficient way. Once this was described, a study of the completion of the conventional wells of the VRO fields was carried out with a representative sample of 41 wells of 2018, where the language of the operations was standardized by means of a CWOP programmed in order to be able to generate a relationship of all the information so that it can be equated between wells based on the control variables established, strategy and well profile.
