| Summary: | The objective of this work is to develop an improvement plan in the production process of a boxing glove in a family manufacturing mypime company in Bogotá, through the descriptive - qualitative method, evaluating the five factors that impact the production process of the boxing glove. , analyzing the Value Stream Maping (VSM), 5S, Just InTime (JIT) and Kanban tools of the Lean Manufacturing methodology, identifying the most optimal solutions to design the improvement plan that proposes to meet delivery times, improve product quality finished product, reduce downtime in the production chain and improve the administrative management of inventories, taking into account the conflicts that may arise in the implementation of this for being a family business, since it has not been able to make the transition to the third generation and that prevents the use of new technology and tools that increase the productivity and quality of the company. |
