| Summary: | This document presents a business plan for the export of lyophilized bananas to Germany. Where is the market study that allows to establish and describe the situation of the German market with regard to processed fruit. Next, it establishes the technical parameters that consist in the analysis of a phase of Pre Operation and an Operation phase that allows to characterize the project with all those that are needed for the creation of the company. Following the above, the financial analysis and cost evaluation is done to know the feasibility of the project. To finish, establish the strategies for the export and commercialization of the product in the European Union. |
