| Summary: | The horizontal drilling of three sections in the Quifa SW field is implemented because it fully meets the technical, operational and economic requirements for its development, however, currently reaching its technical and economic limits. For this reason, drilling is evaluated of the horizontal pilot well Quifa 417H in two sections, in order to look for a new alternative to reduce costs and times in the operation. The validation of this project is done by simulating the Quifa 417H Well in Halliburton's Landmark Simulator, with the program (Well Plan) for the hydraulics (Casing Seat) or (Stress Check) for the Casings and (Compass) for the Directional trajectory, in addition to drill well over paper (DWOP) of the same. |
