Summary: | The associativity or integration between the territorial entities are mechanisms and instances that allow to materialize strategic projects for the territorial development. The associative schemes were established in the Organic Law of Territorial Organization (LOOT), especially the Plan Contracts, in which it allows to make agreements between the territorial entities to carry out projects, where the distribution and allocation of resources must be established to execute them. In this document we propose some general criteria for the allocation of resources in the western savannah commuter train project, since we see the need for the LOOT to deepen more on the application of such an important statute, by means of regulatory decrees. |
