Summary:This document aims to delve into human resources in the construction sector, understanding it as an active and determining part in the well-being of the sector and the organizations that are part of it. Thus, understanding the elements that trigger the motivation of collaborators will allow us to understand to what extent it can impact individual and collective productivity. And in this way, understand what relationship exists between the strategies regarding the stimuli of collaborators and business performance, which are immersed in the particular perspective of each worker, so the aim is to analyze to what extent it can be determined by their customs and cultural aspects influenced by their place of origin.
