| Summary: | The present work was oriented to analyze the strategic planning as an integral part of the project management methodologies, identifying its contribution in the planning and control to achieve the optimization of resources, for its application in projects with industrialized systems for the Constructora San Sebastian. In this regard, the integration of two strategic management models such as PMBOK and lean construction, aimed at the use of industrialized systems, was proposed, showing that there are coincidences in these models that, integrated, achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness in the decrease in losses. |
