| Summary: | The purpose of this degree project was to restructure administrative technician of the company Maderpeña S.A., which is located located in the city of Bogotá, it is considered a family business, which currently handles totally empirical processes. The company makes furniture of wood. In the first stage of the project, the diagnosis of the behavior of the furniture manufacturing activity at national and local level, and how they are affected the processes for the negative fluctuations of the economic variables, first instead, a PESTAL analysis was done, for Colombia and for Bogotá, followed by this Weaknesses, threats, strengths and threats that were presented were identified internally in the company and market behavior, generating, external and internal strategies that increase the competitiveness of the company. |
