Summary:In the teaching professional practice as in many other tasks, there are circumstances that generate absenteeism, which consists of the abandonment or absence in hours, days or months in your workday and manifested with different characteristics, such as stress , occupational disease, occupational disease, permits for family issues, paid leave, leave, unpaid, domestic calamities, involuntary delays, low motivation to work, organizational climate, financial problems, union issues (work stoppages), etc. Labor absenteeism is considered one of the most critical issues for institutions, since it has implications both economically, organizationally and also lowers productivity, which affects the quality of work in the classroom. Likewise, this type of situation impairs interpersonal relationships with their academic peers.
