Elaboración de un estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de una empresa para el manejo y aprovechamiento de residuos de RCD en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

In this work, a prefeasibility study is carried out for the creation of a company for the management and use of RCD waste in the city of Bogotá DC, the project is divided into 4 stages: In the first stage, the legal and environmental parameters are deepened identifying the most relevant and applicable to start the operation of the company. In the second stage, the characterization of usable and non-usable CDW waste is carried out, in which it was identified which by-products can be generated through them. In the third stage, the following studies are deepened: The first of them is the market study, in which it was identified which of the usable residuals of CDW are of greater demand, second the technical study in which the type of machinery was identified and the structure of the process for the treatment of RCD waste, the third is the administrative study where the minimum amount of human resources to start operating was defined and finally the financial study where the pre-feasibility and profitability of the company is identified. Finally, the existing barriers to the creation of companies dedicated to the management and use of RCD waste in the city of Bogotá are identified.
