| Summary: | Initially, a compilation of all the information of the equipment and maintenance of these was made, for this, manufacturers catalogs and physical and computer data available within the company were used. A list of equipment and a visual inspection was carried out to verify its current status and its criticality in order to update the resumes with all its detailed information, new digital formats were developed to support the diagnosis of failures and criticality of these and finally maintain a better organization of these. It is important to clarify that each of the company's equipment was carried out separately a failure analysis, criticality and repair activities. Once all the information was collected, a flow chart was made with their respective formats in order to facilitate the programming of necessary activities for the equipment including spare parts and consumables necessary for them. |
