| Summary: | The project is developed in a patrimonial approach specifically in the reuse of buildings in the city of Bogotá DC in the town of San Cristóbal where the old vitelma water treatment plant is located, which is going through the forgetfulness of its historical importance, collective and patrimonial. In this way, it is proposed to reuse the vitelma plant through the development of an art and expressionism center whose objective is to revalue the heritage property that the town has through the adaptation and use of its infrastructure, generating spaces and cultural scenarios to the interior and exterior of the building, providing the town with more areas for social recreation and whose scope is to cause a decentralization of culture towards urban environments that have unique places in the city. |
