Summary:The purpose of this document is to study the different concepts of neuromanagemet, functioning and development within organizations, selection and recruitment processes based on the study of different authors. Neuroscience is gaining strength in the world every day, the study of the brain becomes important when science identifies the functioning of neurons and how they influence people, decision-making and organizations. Neuromanagement is a new concept in Latin America and more so in Colombian companies, which is why the need arises to highlight the most relevant concepts in this field, identify the characteristics of the processes currently applied in Colombian companies for the selection of personnel. and highlight the impact that implementing neuromanagement would have in the different processes of organizations, this in order to understand certain emotions, behaviors, motivations of how people make decisions and visualize the way forward.
