Summary:This work aims to implement the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the guidelines given in Decree 1072 of May 26, 2015 ""Sole Regulatory Decree of the Labor Sector"" in the company Danseplast SAS, in order to improve the working conditions, as well as reducing incidents and / or accidents at work, creating a culture of care and prevention, guaranteeing the physical, mental and social well-being of workers, in addition to complying with current legal regulations. For this, the diagnosis begins, which defines the situation of the company against the level of compliance with the implementation of the Safety and Health Management System at work, this was developed by means of the checklist suggested by Resolution 1111 of 2017, Matrix of Minimum Standards, together with its appropriate supports or verification methods, followed, the matrices corresponding to the system are elaborated, such as the Matrix of Legal Requirements which makes a collection of Laws, Decrees, Resolutions and Rules that the company must comply with according to its productive activity, the Hazard Identification Matrix, Risk Assessment and Management thereof, which aims to identify the hazards and assess the risks to which the workers are exposed, in order to establish controls and ensure that any risk is acceptable. This leads to the creation of policies and objectives, which manifest the company's commitment to the well-being of each of its employees, and assign their own roles and responsibilities in Occupational Health and Safety, which allows for the integration and count on the support of the whole organization.
