| Summary: | The purpose of this work is to carry out an energy evaluation of the powder detergent drying tower of the company AZULK S.A. For the development of this project, a characterization of the physical properties of the sludge entering the drying tower was carried out, establishing the specific heat of the base detergent experimentally with a calorimetry procedure by finding the value of the water equivalent of the calorimeter with its respective replica. After this, a similar experiment was carried out, but using the base detergent as the second fluid and with the respective formulas, the specific heat of the base detergent was found. |
