| Summary: | A fundamental problem of the 21st century is the contamination and extinction of natural resources, the crisis we are facing is global, but we can contribute to its recovery by making projects that raise the value of these resources and reaffirm a future where human beings worry more about them. For this and many other reasons it is proposed a partial plan in which the environmental and functional change in Santa Marta - Colombia is evidenced. Being one of the first cities founded in South America, and with an invaluable natural wealth that is increasingly lost due to the bad practices of tourists who come to visit the city or the residents of it. The project that is going to talk arises from a partial plan designed for the district Pescaíto, which is one of the most popular and known neighborhoods in this city, this partial plan has more than 10 hectares, most of them projected for the environmental, cultural and sports development of this area; also one of the projects will be dedicated to the protection and management of the land. In Santa Marta there is evidence of a growing water crisis, which is possible to stop with certain projects that help mitigate this crisis but also contribute to the care of water. For this reason, the water interpretation center is created in this partial plan which apart from promoting and helping to create an awareness with the care and management of the water, it will be a desalination plant which will help to replace the lack of water that he is present in this city; This plant will work through renewable energies such as solar energy, tidal energy and wind energy. |
