Reestructuración técnico administrativa de la empresa Muebles Confortables S.A.S

The technical restructuring of the company Muebles ConforTables S.A.S. A diagnosis is made to identify the characteristics of the sector through a PESTAL analysis. The DOFA matrix was used to establish the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats, in such a way as to establish strategies that contribute to the development of the company. A technical study is elaborated, where different problems are evaluated and improvement solutions are offered. For this, tools of working methods such as operating diagrams and flow processes were used, allowing to identify the production times of the products being studied. A work safety and health study was developed identifying the corresponding preventive measures. The administrative study is designed a correct strategic planning that helps to be clear the panorama and its field of action, just as it is established the objectives and manuals of corresponding functions for each position. The financial study evaluated the feasibility and feasibility of the project, through the use of statements of income and cash flows.
