Summary:The feasibility study to create of a business plan related to the production of hydroponic green fodder (HGF) as a food supplement of dairy cattle in the municipality of Villa de San Diego de Ubaté, it was used diagnostic tools to identify the possible barriers that the company will face. In the market study, the identification of the effective market and the effective demand was carried out, which was obtained by means of a survey made to the cattle ranchers. In the technical study, it was located the project in the municipality of Villa de San Diego de Ubaté; farm La Marseillaise. Also, tests were carried out with three types of seeds in order to select it which the best that would be adapted to market needs. In the administrative study, the company's strategic planning was constructed to form the so-called “Forraje Hidropónico San Diego”, as well as the determination of the company's organizational chart and the salaries assigned to each of the positions.
