Reestructuración técnico administrativa de la empresa Asercol S.A. en la sucursal de Bogotá D.C.

The Technical Administrative Restructuring in the company Asercol S.A. The branch in Bogotá was developed in order to identify the shortcomings that the branch office is presenting in the different areas of the company and to mitigate them. Taking into account the new challenges faced by customs agencies for the implementation of new standards, the requirements that presents the market and the high competition that exists, if it is not within the standards and the level that is demanded, there is the risk of being marginalized in the market and in extreme cases, the liquidation of the company. For this reason, it was necessary to carry out the study at the Bogota branch, since it is the one that presents the most problems and complaints from the clients. With the realization of this study, the main objective was to identify problems of the branch in order to attack them in the best way and be able to guide resources and strategies towards the identified problems, in order to improve the service provided to customers and reduce costs.
