Summary:Conceping the Quality Management System (GSC) as a source of competitive advantage and organizational improvement, this work aims to develop a proposal to implement a Quality Management System under the requirements of THE NTC ISO 9001:2015 in the Trágate Charcuterie located in the city of San Gil, Santander. To this end, an initial diagnosis of the current state of the company is carried out against compliance with the requirements of the international standard, and the external and internal conditions that may affect the expected results for the quality management system were also determined.
