| Summary: | For the development of the project, titled as: Elaboration of an interactive maintenance plan, for medium and low temperature commercial refrigeration systems, installed by DIAC INGENIERIA S.A.S. company; first of all, information about the company and the products that it installs was collected to identify the used type of refrigeration system and its operation, the technics specifications and used components types and their operations, the used refrigerants types and the regulation that exits for ozone layer depleting substances, and to define what are the medium and low refrigeration systems. Subsequently, the diagnosis of the maintenance current situation of the company was made, where information about commercial process that is used by the company was collected to offer its maintenance service, the current maintenance applied to the refrigeration systems, who and how does it; and in this way, the shortcomings that the current maintenance process presents was determined and analyzed to establish the respective solutions. Then, a criticality analysis of the refrigeration system was made, where both its main components and accessories were taken into account to determine the importance of each one in the refrigeration system and define a hierarchical and prioritization order of these in the maintenance plan. Followed to this, a study of the preventive maintenance plan types was carried out to select the most appropriate one, taking into account the maintenance needs and requirements of the company determined in the diagnosis made. |
