| Summary: | As part of the process of approximation to the territory, the delimited area in the town of Santa Fe in the city of Bogotá is presented; seeking the recovery of deteriorating areas in order to preserve and renew the different characteristics of Economic, Social, cultural, Hospital and university services influence. It seeks the link between cultural concepts and the environment based on these phenomenological resources that grant the viewer a vision of an experience of cultural growth implemented by productive distribution of the dynamics of urban activities, putting into motion the vision of a response to the population needs through a public space, transparent and accessible, dynamic and vibrant with educational and informational resources on the different specialized techniques to potentiate the functions and effectiveness in decision-making of the mayor's office driven by the sustainable development of the city, generating an eco-awareness -environmental. |
