| Summary: | Health and safety at work within the management of human talent as the main item is a fundamental issue when managing personnel, this is defined as a discipline in charge of ensuring the safety of each of the members belonging to an entity or company. In this way, it is possible to ensure their best performance and integrity as workers and individuals, and always improve the physical, mental and social work environment of each worker. Within the context of Human Talent Management, it is extremely important to have knowledge about health and safety at work, for this reason it must always be ensured that the environment in which the work team or staff is located strictly complies with all their respective safety and health standards and technical reviews. As well as their due training to each member in order to generate an environment where everyone is aware of each of the pertinent procedures to follow in case of any type of eventuality, both positive and negative. |
