| Summary: | The main objective of the development of this project is to define a methodology that takes into account the tools and techniques for effective risk management in the Colombian Oil & Gas sector; For this, it was essential to carry out an exhaustive search of the risks in the projects and in the companies, and the variables that play a very important role in this sector. Also, the main methodologies implemented in Colombia are mentioned, comparing them with each other, and the methodology used by a leading oil company in Colombia is shown in detail. Finally, by means of a cycle type diagram, the proposed methodology with its corresponding stages is disclosed. |
