| Summary: | The technical restructuring is carried out, which through the tools of Industrial Engineering allows analyzing the environment of the company in 2017, with aspects to identify important topics in the manufacturing process, and located in Colombian Capital where the Company was founded. The overview obtained shows the quality and productivity of working with packaging and with the features where the raw material is carton, and furthermore, with the support of the Government for small and medium size enterprises. In order to build a better environment into the company’s facilities and Safe Work, it was possible to elaborate the technical study that emphasizes in Optimal Methods of work to eliminate or to improve the currently problems. It should be noted that the improvements made to the company, bring the acquisition of new customers and ensure the work for each employee. |
