| Summary: | The monograph studies the results of a Proceda project, formulated by Cortolima and applied by the company Perenco in the municipality of purification (Tolima), for two rural areas and a neighborhood of the same municipality, describing and analyzing the scope, applications and the results achieved in the execution of the projects. The role of each of the actors involved in the project is analyzed, addressing the environmental authority, the oil services company, the communities, and then from the application of checklists identify the basic guidelines that a Proceda must contain. |
