Estudio de viabilidad técnico-económica para la constitución y puesta en marcha de una empresa prestadora de servicios de mantenimiento eléctrico en las industrias y comercios en la ciudad de Bogotá y alrededores.

In the present work, an initial study is carried out to determine the technical and economic viability for the constitution of a company that provides electrical maintenance services in networks and equipment of companies in the industrial and commercial sector, located in the city of Bogotá and municipalities of the Bogotá Shroud, in a changing and competitive environment. Be it preventive, routine or corrective maintenance, as required by the client, since a large part of the success in productivity and performance of companies lies in the proper functioning of their electrical installations, networks and equipment, which are object of electrical maintenance, for which it is necessary to develop a set of actions required to preserve or restore a system in a state that allows guaranteeing its operation at a minimum cost, from which activities such as prevention and/or correction of breakdowns are derived. , quantification and evaluation of the state of the facilities and estimation of costs, hand in hand with human safety, quality and protection of the environment, allowing the client to have profitability and reliability.
