| Summary: | In this project the proposal for improvement in the process of washing and conditioning of PET Ref bottles is made; The production line in charge of the processing of the packaging was diagnosed in presentation of 2 returnable liters where the critical points of the process were determined where there are greater number of exclusions for not complying with the requirements. With the diagnosis of the line we proceeded to evaluate the washing parameters established from the requirements of the internal standard of the company, by simulating the stage in the laboratory to verify the viability of the conditions.Finally, the variations associated with the energy exchange were established, to finally consider the costs associated with the improvement proposal. |
