| Summary: | This paper presents a proposal for the improvement in the control of the process in the corn line of Kellogg's Colombia, the study is carried out in the year 2017 and it is expected that the proposal allows the company to have a useful tool to be able to evaluate and implement it. To achieve this objective, it is initially proposed to analyze the production line in order to identify in each stage, the possible variations that the coals are generating or that they are pieces burned in the corn flakes; Although it is possible to find several conditions that may be negatively impacting the process, this proposal will be limited to the variables of the process and not in the conditions of the equipment or additional conditions necessary in the process. |
