Thus turning everything around biodiversity where crops, river resources, reforestation areas and native and ecological protection areas prevail, based on this a master plan is proposed in the village of Tarapacá, specifically in the urban area of the village.El área a intervenir se encuentra en Colombia, en el departamento del Amazonas; donde se inicia realizando la primera etapa de intervención en la cual se analiza el territorio y sus principales particularidades. Se parte de esto para la realización de un plan maestro basado en la recuperación y revitalización de la conectividad fluvial por medio del rio Putumayo y una infraestructura de puertos, por otro lado se consolida la integración de esta zona con el resto del país, el aprovechamiento de los recursos como impulso de la economía y de nuevas alternativas de producción y aprovechamiento de la tierra, generando así ofertas de trabajo para nativos.
