Summary: | In the currently work the methodologies concerning to continuous steam injection assisted by surfactant and alkali-surfactant are described, in order to evaluate alternatives that increase the oil recovery factor of Fields that deals with heavy crude oils, in this particular case the Teca-Cocorná Field . As a first step, a description of the static simulation model delivered by ECOPETROL S.A. is made in its agreement with the Colombian petroleum institute (ICP), as well as a brief description of the CMG suite with its different modules and characteristics. The procedures carried out in the creation of the different simulation scenarios and their work sequence are detailed. Firstly, the process of thermal recovery and later the thermochemical process is described. With the results obtained from the simulation scenarios, a sensitivity analysis of the variables that have a greater impact on the recovery factor is carried out, in order to formulate the optimal scenarios where the greatest benefits of the methodology in question are obtained. During the different procedures carried out, an analysis of the results obtained in a technical / operational framework it's made and and therefore of the conditions conducive to their implementation. |
