| Summary: | In this work, the opportunity to improve the quality of life of agricultural farms in the village of Piamonte, Cundinamarca, is described, by installing biodigesters that allow them to produce energy and biofertilizer for their sustainability. Since this is a new project for the municipality, it does not have a commercialization, installation and logistics system for biodigesters, which is why this project, through technological tools such as Excel, offers a proposal that allows it to have an effective and easy approach to the client, a successful installation plan, as well as an internal management of logistics control at the time of carrying out the project. |
