Selecting a scaling model takes into account Photobioreactor operation to establish a quantifying interaction between Interior lighting, Interior lighting distribution and cell growth; the model can recognize the influence of light parameter as the diameter of the reactor Increases. The model allowed achieving scaling from 7 to 50.2 liters. Furthermore a monitoring and control system is suggested through a piping and instrumentation diagram (P & ID) with concerning ranges operation of the Photobioreactor. |
