| Summary: | A rigorous analysis of the current situation of the Colombian Stock Exchange will be carried out to know the context in which the implementation of the REIT model will be proposed, followed by this, the US REIT will be investigated as the parent company of the model, with an analysis structural behavior of the different REITs. Knowing its context, beginning and progress of the REIT, a proposal will be made, after knowing the vehicles that Colombia currently has in the market and comparing them with the REIT model, in order to analyze whether or not it is possible to make it viable in the country.
