Summary:The present project of degree work resides in the study of a business plan which consists of a company of healthy tamales "la tamalería tolimense" that is already developing its growth plan in the market for approximately eight months in which it has managed to begin to be constituted, account for now with four employees and a weekly production of 500 tamales distributed on demand, focusing on labor being carried out by female heads of family, trying to generate an impact on society today. A market study was carried out in order to analyze and determine the potential potential customers specifying their needs, preferences, appetite and taste, settling the demand for the year 2022 to a projection of five years. It was carried out an analysis generating diagnosis of the signaling of the qualities of the zone of fast food and healthy food, including merchandising of Tolimense tamales in the city of Bogotá.
