Summary:The research assignment has a purpose to answer the request in Erika Julieth Hardware Company, committed to the major of products and hardware tools, proposing an implementation plan of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The project was developed in 5 stages. The first one is get to know the internal and external context of the company, through the PESTAL analysis and the matrix of internal factor analysis (EFI) and external (EFE) and it is determined whether the current strategies of the company reduce the effect of threats and potentiate opportunities and strengths. Subsequently, determine the key terms that must be understood to carry out the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS). Then, the diagnostic matrix of Annex A was specified, which specified the degree of compliance of the company with respect to NTC ISO 9001: 2015. With the missing found to meet the requirements, the implementation plan with the activities to carry out and document, to complete the implementation of the standard. Finally, quality management indicators were raised, based on the critical aspects found in the company through requests, complaints and claims. The measurement, evaluation and monitoring of the QMS in the company's processes will be supported by the indicators controlled in this last stage. Through the elaborated project, it was sought that the Erika Julieth Hardware Company completed the implementation of the QMS, for its subsequent certification. Additional allowed him to acquire competitive advantages, improve customer service, provide products that meet expectations and increase employee satisfaction.
