| Summary: | Based on the current conditions of the laboratory and the methods, some corrective actions will be established and implemented in order to improve the operational conditions of the laboratory. Subsequently, a methodology was proposed in order to determine the validation parameters, which included acceptance criteria and statistical tools to achieve this purpose. Through an experimental development the tests proposed in the methodology were made, allowing to determine the validation parameters concluding the suitability of the methods to be applied in the laboratory. Documentation of the validation protocols for each of the methods was generated. |
