Summary:In the present work of degree is evident the development of the technical administrative restructuring carried out in Confecciones Gómez S.A., this in order to improve key aspects in which the organization presents constant and increasing failures. In the first instance a diagnosis was elaborated which allowed to identify key flaws, this carried out with tools such as the PESTAL analysis, the self-diagnosis of the Chamber of Commerce and finally the elaboration of the SWOT matrix, which allowed observing in a way more accurate internal and external problems of the organization. A technical study was elaborated, through which faults and possible improvements were made known that, if implemented, could reduce time in the productive processes of the company, converting it into a more competitive organization within the market; In addition to this a study was developed on both safety at work and environmental, so as not to neglect the part of social responsibility and responsibility with the environment. In the administrative study a complete organization analysis was carried out, where guidelines were given to follow within the company for its correct strategic operation, this accompanied by documentation as function manuals to give support and guidance to each one of the workers, both old and new. new of the organization.
