Summary: | This monograph carries out an investigation of the Transequipos company, which is an organization in charge of diagnosing and maintaining energy transformers; Currently, the organization has diagnosis as a strength, since it has a laboratory specialized in dielectric oils, however, maintenance presents many inconsistencies; for this reason, this document formulates an improvement plan for this process, in the first place an analysis of the information taken from complaints, non-conformities and satisfaction surveys is carried out, later through a Pareto diagram 5 critical aspects of the malfunction are found of this process, "presentation of the report, after-sales service, coordination of the service, the offer, scope of the service", for the purposes of the document these were treated as non-conformities, so a root cause analysis is described through the "ishikawa diagram and 5 whys”, determining that the main reasons are the competence of the personnel, lack of resources, technological tools, among others, finally the correction, corrective actions and the respective evidence for each critical aspect are defined, in order to conclude the plan of improvement. |
