| Summary: | So it facilitated the splicing of the operations carried out with the planning steps, allowing to visualize the data in the “Planned vs. Actual Summary Report” report of Open Wells®, that compares the planning with the execution times, showing the gaps between them which represent the Invisible Lost Time (ILT). Consecutively, the statistic analysis was made along with the excellence lines, where the probable well and the Best Composite Time (MTC) well are exposed. Based on the above, the improvement opportunity in Castilla resulted in 5.3 days and in Castilla Norte was 4.7 days, additionally the economic viability of the project was analyzed, it embraced the probable savings achieved if the proposed objective was reached. |
