Summary:The purpose of this research was mainly oriented to formulate a proposal to improve the human talent management process in a public sector company within the framework of the technical standard of quality in public management GP 1000: 2009 and the standard model of internal control (MECI 2014), specifically within the induction program - pre-induction procedure, which would allow for strategies to optimize human resources, strengthen public management, meet the needs of the internal client, referred to individual objectives, that converge with institutional purposes and goals.
