| Summary: | In the present work the paint industry is innovated, since currently a pigment concentrate is required for each system (urethane, epoxy, alkyd and acrylic), that is, it has a color for each of them, this causes a high level of inventory, in addition during the production line of each color, waste and longer operation times are generated. For this project three new inorganic pigment concentrates were elaborated which provide color to the mixture (yellow, red and green chromium iron oxide), determining the effect that they have in each of the different systems established by the company Sika SAS, unified the process managing to reduce the quantity of concentrates stored and increasing the time of stability and shelf life of the product. |
