Propuesta de mejora para la planta de fabricación de agua de aloe vera en la empresa Profunicol S.A.S

This research proposes an improvement proposal for the production process in the manufacture of Awaloe® through modifications or improvements in the facilities in order to technify the processes currently used in PROFUNCOL S.A.S in order to increase its production capacity. The beginning of the investigation consists of evaluating the current conditions of the plant and the manufacturing process in accordance with current Colombian regulations, including BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices), to clearly analyze the failures observed during the process of aloe water manufacturing, including the handling of raw materials, storage methodologies, among others. According to the initially evaluated diagnosis, the proposal is designed to achieve compliance with the standard and also eliminate certain stages of the process and thus contribute to the logical order in the production process. On the other hand, the established proposal is complemented with the technical specifications of the equipment and spaces determined in the improvement proposal, in this way the costs of equipment and installations necessary for the possible implementation are established.
