Description
Summary:The project was developed within the departments of Arauca and Casanare, in the municipalities of Tame and Hato Corozal, characterized by being a region of livestock and agricultural use in addition to having a great environmental biodiversity, it also has deficiencies in road and urban infrastructure. For the above, a Master Plan is proposed under the structure of a networked city composed of six themes to enhance and complement, which are tied up through road infrastructure. Within the theme of Culture, a Partial Plan is developed based on the urban theory of cultural ecology and the concept of Sikuani symbolism, which marks a layout with an urban center from which the roads and facilities extend radially. Finally, for the architectural proposal, Cárucua: Nucleus of training and environmental protection, which aims to enhance the biodiversity of the municipalities by applying the theory of nodes (Water, Flora and Fauna) and the concept of resilience, It is oriented to the specific areas of the place, tourists and seeks to give work to people who are affected by the armed conflict. Each of the phases fulfills the objective of potentiating the resources and areas of importance in this region of the country and in the same way have a favorable impact on the population of the area.
