Summary:Organizational intelligence as the ability to obtain relevant information and give strategic guidance and decision-making understood as the rational choice of alternatives in a company are aspects of fundamental importance and complement each other to ensure that it is efficient, effective and effective in its orientation and management. This study seeks to raise awareness about the importance and relation that organizational intelligence has with the decision-making in senior management and human talent management, taking into account the vision of specialized authors that will help reinforce these theories. As it will be seen, central categories such as organizational intelligence are taken to analyze it from theoretical and practical perspectives applied to decision-making, mainly at the management level, to analyze its influence at different levels of the company or organization and, thus, determine its positive impact on the orientation of processes related to operations, human resources, finance, marketing and administration among others.
