Description
Summary:Between 2012 and 2013, the department of Antioquia was consolidated as the second department in the country most affected by armed violence in Colombia, and to this day it continues to have one of the highest levels of affectation in the country. Currently, the fight for the demobilization of combatants from illegal armed groups is perceived with little optimism due to the limited presence of the state and the guarantees for the reintegration of ex-combatants into civil life.
