As a priority, the plan will potentiate the vocation of the corridor by optimally reorganizing the variables, with the aim of generating harmony between the environment and socio-economic activities, new approaches and developments from the educational field, reduction and control of environmental impact, implementation and alternative energy training, implementation of ICTs as an element of connection throughout the corridor, taking into account that the location of the Soacha - Melgar corridor has a great natural, water, heritage, social and productive wealth. With great diversity of thermal floors, products and culture being the economic door to the capital.Analizando el corredor de estudio se plantea coordinar los sistemas del territorio para contribuir en el desarrollo económico y de conservación ecológica del corredor, ampliando las oportunidades de progreso y la calidad de vida de sus habitantes a partir del diseño del plan parcial que proyecta el turismo ecológico como eje organizador de las dinámicas económicas y sociales. Como prioridad el plan, potencializará la vocación del corredor reorganizando de forma óptima las variables, con el objetivo de generar armonía entre el medio ambiente y la actividades socioeconómicas, nuevos enfoques y desarrollos desde el ámbito educativo, disminución y control del impacto ambiental, implementación y capacitación de energías alternativas, implementación de las TIC’S como elemento de conexión a lo largo de todo el corredor, teniendo en cuenta que la ubicación del corredor Soacha – Melgar cuenta con gran riqueza natural, hídrica, patrimonial, social y productiva.
