| Summary: | Currently, many organizations are looking for certification in the ISO 9001 standard in order to give an added value to their products or services, with the purpose to increase their sales market and therefore obtain more customers. In 2015, the fifth edition of the ISO 9001 standard was published and one of its major changes was the structure of the same, this version exhibits a high-level structure in which the PDCA model is immersed (plan, do, check and act). Due to this update of the standard, the company case of study to have the certification of ISO 9001: 2008 wants to make the transition to the fifth edition of this standard. |
