Summary: | The present study, entitled "feasibility study for the implementation of a business plan of a producer and marketer of minimalist-style wooden furniture in the city of Bogotá, DC," was developed starting with a diagnosis in which analyzes the current state of the manufacturing sector and the current situation of the country, to determine the type of conditions under which the project will be developed. After this, a market study was carried out in which the current state of the business was analyzed in which microeconomic variables such as the inflation rate and the unemployment rate were taken into account, in the same way the different entry barriers were analyzed for new companies and a segmentation was carried out to determine the target client taking into account variables such as the locality in which he lived, the age and stratum, where the localities of Suba and Chapinero in strata 4,5 and 6 were obtained, for people in the age range of 30 to 49 years.
