| Summary: | The University of America has the Center for Processes and Innovation for Sustainable Industry (CEPIIS) currently in the adaptation stage and finalizing details for its launch. This space is classified as a pilot plant with different industrial services. The Center for Processes and Innovation for Sustainable Industry (CEPIIS) requires an operation plan based on the portfolio of services it offers and according to the specifications it has, finding a market space and specializing in the sectors that have the highest demand in the industry, supported by the facilities and tools that CEPIIS has, in order to stand out in relation to the competition, offering excellent quality services, thus having an important input when offering its portfolio of services formally in search of companies, partners and other interested parties. In order to carry out this operation and project management plan, the subject of competitors was reviewed, there the Benchmarking tool was used, in this case of a competitive type, with which the standards and best commercial practices of the market niche were compared, the stages that were used to implement this tool were: a detailed analysis and of the practices to be evaluated, the companies or competitors, the information to be compared, analysis and implementation, this allowed to find the key factors and the strategies that will position it within the most important process centers. |
